Coronavirus is roaring in China right now and it’s more dangerous than we have ever imagined. More importantly, Thailand is also affected by it. The question is how we will survive in the world of Coronavirus. Today, we have 10 special tips to keep yourself away from the Coronavirus.

If you’re to travel to the infected country, please postpone or cancel your plan.

Avoid being in contact with animals or items made from animals. It was found that the first group of people was infected by the virus passed from animals to humans at the meat and seafood market in Wuhan city.

Avoid being in a crowded place.

Avoid being in close contact with people with respiratory disease or those with a flu.

If you just came back from the infected areas and start having a fever, sore throat, coughing, and breathing difficulty, please proceed to the doctor and inform about your travel history.

Dial Department of Disease Control via an emergency number 1422 for an ambulance.

Stay clear from people who cough or sneeze for about 180 cm. to make sure that saliva and nasal discharge don’t reach you.

Wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds or clean them with hand sanitizer gel or alcohol.

Eat freshly made foods. Use a spare spoon to pick up food and get enough sleep.

Last but not least, wear a hygienic mask when you have to be in a crowded place.
There were the outbreaks of the same virus twice before. According to the data from the Department of Microbiology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, in 2002-2003 the Coronavirus or SARS was passed from bats to civets and to humans. It started in China before spreading all over the world. There were more than 8,000 infected people and death toll came down to 10%. And one more from 2012-2014 the Coronavirus “MERS” started from Saudi Arabia. It was passed from bats thru camels and to humans which caused the death toll up to 36% and infected people in total of 1,733.
