Introduction

Metamaterials are fascinating new manmade materials that can beam of light in surprising ways from their structures. The electromagnetic properties of metamaterials at any frequency can be engineered to take on particular values, specially for those not available in nature. The terahertz regime is defined between 0.1-10 THz, “the terahertz gap” also not appear in the nature. Therefore by operate in the terahertz regime, metamaterials are interested.
